The Challenge

The open house was the most important real estate event with no dedicated digital home.

Home buyers in active markets wanted to find and track open houses across an entire neighbourhood in a single weekend. Agents wanted to broadcast listings to genuinely interested buyers — not just MLS scraper apps. Neither had a purpose-built tool.

Zillow and Realtor.com had open house features, but they were buried. The founder saw a clear gap: a standalone app designed entirely around the open house moment, for both sides of the transaction.

Native iOS & Android

Full native apps — Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android — not a web wrapper. Optimised for the on-the-go nature of open house weekends with offline capability and background location.
