These Terms do not constitute a service agreement. Nothing on this Site creates any obligation to enter into a professional services contract.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, code, and case study descriptions — is the property of OnPoint Nexus Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission from us.

4.2 Client Work

Intellectual property rights relating to deliverables produced under a professional services agreement are governed exclusively by that agreement. Where not specified, IP remains with OnPoint Nexus until full payment is received.

4.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding our services or Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

5. Confidentiality

Information exchanged during a discovery call, proposal discussion, or active engagement is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client names, project details, or business information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or as part of anonymised portfolio references (which we will seek approval for).

For clients in other jurisdictions, specific governing law provisions may be included in your professional services agreement.
